I didn't get my reward. What should I do?
Start by checking your email (and your spam folder!) When you redeem a reward on the Momentum® hub, you should receive an email with a link to the product you selected and a unique code for purchasing it with points. You can also access your reward by navigating to the “Rewards” tab within the hub, and clicking “My Rewards.” Email momentum@onecondoms.com if you need any assistance from our team.
