Results from the 2025 Measure A Penis Day Survey

Our favorite holiday, Measure a Penis Day, is coming up tomorrow for the sixth time. Celebrated on February 1st each year to kick off National Condom Month, Measure Day is all about educating people about the importance of proper condom fit and the benefits of a custom condom fit when it comes to pleasure, comfort, and confidence. It’s a day to measure a penis on your body or in your life – and kiss those condom fit issues goodbye.
As purveyors of perfect condom fit, MyONE features 52 custom fit condoms - with 10 different lengths and 9 different girths to choose from. MyONE has sizes larger and snugger than any other brand. After all, the best fitting condoms are the ones that are not too long or short – and not overly tight or too loose.
If you’re wondering how to find the right condom size scroll down to see our MyONE condom sizing tips below. From the MyONE FitKit to our sample kits, we got you covered. Our unique condom sizes are as special as the penises that wear them.

MEASURE DAY SURVEY RESULTS
Major thanks to all those who completed our 2025 Measure Day Survey about their condom experiences!
Our survey last year dove into the condom fit challenges many people experience, including condom slippage, squeezing, bunching, erection loss and the dreaded “red ring of death.” Even in this year’s survey, 96% of all respondents reported at least one fit challenge with standard condoms.
These include condoms being too loose, tight, long or short – resulting in condom slippage, squeezing and bunching, a painful red ring around their penis after sex or erection loss due to the condom being too tight. 74% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that they can’t use regular condoms because they don’t fit right. If a standard condom is simply so loose in girth that it causes slippage, or so tight that the person can’t keep an erection – it’s time to find a condom that fits properly.
For the 2025 survey, we were focused on whether a properly fitting condom improves pleasure, comfort and confidence. At the end of the day, we wanted to hear from our community: are custom-fit condoms worth it?

We analyzed the number of people who had measured, tested a sample, and confirmed their MyONE FitCode (size code). Out of the 1,010 people surveyed, 705 people had measured and knew their MyONE FitCode. Those 705 that had measured and tried MyONE condoms:
- 89% say that custom fit condoms increase pleasure.
- 93% say that custom fit condoms increase comfort.
- 81% say that custom fit condoms increase confidence.
- 80% say condoms increase the likelihood that they will use condoms.
- 74% say they can’t use regular condoms because they don’t fit right.
As one customer said that the difference between a standard versus fitted condom is “night and day. Constantly having to worry about the condom slipping off vs the correct size and just being to enjoy my partner for the entire session without killing the mood checking the condom.”
Another interesting stat is that when people find their perfect condom fit, 60% of people stated that condoms DO NOT ruin the mood. This was 10% higher than people who don’t know their FitCode, showing that proper condom fit helps people focus on each other rather than the condom.
A quick note on lubricant: 40% of people in the survey said they always use lubricant and 35% they sometimes use it, while 25% said they never use lubricant. We love personal lubricant here at ONE Condoms because it adds so much pleasure and comfort to sex – and also helps reduce condom breakage. To check out our high-quality lubes click here. All our lubricants are non-GMO, vegan-friendly, FDA cleared, and made without any
FROM THE SURVEY RESPONDENTS:
“My sex life has improved since I started using custom fit condoms. I have a smaller than average penis, so traditional condoms were always too loose and too long for me. Now I no longer have to worry about my condom slipping off during sex, which means I can focus more on the pleasure and the experience. Now that I use a custom-fit condom, my condom looks like it fits appropriately rather than looking baggy. This helps my confidence since a normal condom looks baggy and loose on my penis. I can wear these condoms and not feel self-conscious.”- M. Scarbro
“I have decreased anxiety about condoms breaking when putting on or during intercourse. More confidence in that the condom will go on properly and stay secure.”
“I don't lose my erection while putting on a condom. I don't have a bubble or slack on the tip or a long the stem which is uncomfortable for me and my partner.”
“I’m the person in the receiving end of the experience so it’s amazing. You feel a lot closer while keeping the unwanted pregnancy scare away.”
“Standard size condoms usually fit me, but there is still a lot of unrolled material that irritates the base of my penis. Also, standard size condoms are usually have a little more girth than what I need, and other ‘snugger’ options are too tight. Whereas, a custom size condom feels just like it should, and the experience is uninterrupted and divine.”
“I feel double the pleasure with a condom that fits, it almost feels like skin on skin. A standard size condom always makes its presence known. The sensation is not dulled for me when it is the correct size, I am able to be longer lasting tho and it is a fun time because I am able to enjoy everything.”
“Yes. Also, being uncircumcised and therefore more sensitive...condoms feel much better when they fit correctly rather than when they're too big and the wrinkles rub all over my head.”
“MyONE has made me switch to condoms for the foreseeable future.”
“Condom usage is non-negotiable, but I do find that I'm less nervous about how the experience will go for my partner now that we have condoms that fit better.”

HOW TO FIND YOUR FIT:
MEASURE. SAMPLE. ORDER.
The MyONE condom size chart is shown below. Each FitCode (size code) is the combination of a Length Letter and a Girth Number, such as by combining 45 with C to get FitCode 45C.

How do I know my condom size?
Choosing the perfect condom size is easy because MyONE has various ways for measuring condom size at home. To get an accurate condom fit, use our MyONE FitKit or a measuring tape to find your erect length and circumference (girth). Then order a sample kit to test.
OPTION 1: MEASURE & ORDER A SAMPLE OF A SPECIFIC SIZE
The MyONE FitKit® condom fitting tool: Measure penis length with the Length Letters, and your girth with the Girth Numbers. Order one online or print one out, get it up, measure your length and girth, and bam! You’ve got your FitCode. You can then order a 2-count sample kit (like the photo below) so you can test your size before you buy. The 2-count sample kit comes with the size you measured plus another close size to test – and the FitKit measuring tool so you can re-measure and adjust the fit as needed. If the initial samples are not a great fit, contact our Size Specialists who can help recommend and send a free sampler of another size.

The Measuring Tape/Ruler Way: If you’ve got old-school measuring tape at home (or a piece of paper and a ruler), you can use it to measure your length and girth and then enter those measurements here. Once you plug in your length and girth measurements, we’ll then let you know what your FitCode is, and you’ll be prompted to get the 2-count sample kit to test.

OPTION 2: NO TIME TO MEASURE? GET A QUICK SAMPLE KIT.
If you’re not up to measuring, check out the 3-count Quick Sampler Kits (image below)! Each sample pack includes three different condom size samples from the Snug, Classic or Large condom range. Plus a FitKit measuring tool so people can measure and adjust their size at home as needed.
COMMON CUSTOM FIT CONDOM Q&A:
In honor of Measure a Penis Day, here’s also some of the top condom fit and measuring questions answered.
What happens if your condom doesn’t fit?
There are a variety of common condom fit problems. According to a study on penis size, regular condoms are too long for 91% of people and too tight for 70% of people. The reason why condom fit matters for safety is because if a condom is too big (loose or long), it can result in slippage. If a condom is way too tight or small, it can result in erection loss, squeezing, and breakage. This puts people at risk of sexually transmitted infections and unintended pregnancy. When condoms fit right, they work as intended.
Can condoms be too small or too big?
Absolutely! Many people search for small condoms for secure fit – but often find that condoms marketed as “snug fit” are the same 7 inches long as regular condoms. The average penis is 5-5.5 inches long, and the 7-inch condom is too long for 91% of people. This is why MyONE features snug fit condoms in various lengths shorter than and girths much tighter than regular condoms.
Condoms are also too tight for 70% of people. This is why our range also includes large condoms for a better fit to help solve issues like squeezing, erection loss, and the red ring of death. As one person said in our 2025 survey: “My partner often loses erection when wearing a condom. We both thought it's just his ‘thing’. Now that we figured he is too girthy for regular ones and uses custom condom - the issue is gone!”
What is the best condom for a snug fit?
MyONE® Custom Fit® condoms features sizes smaller than any other brand. The perfect fit is combination of the right length and girth. Our snuggest size, the 45C FitCode, is our number one seller every month across the world. MyONE condoms have 10 lengths options from 4.7 to 9.3 inches in length, and 9 girth options from Super Snug (45mm nominal width to 64mm nominal width). Find your fit today.
